Also, we don’t charge property management fees during the first 45 days until we find a tenant. This personalized approach allows us to provide exceptional service while maximizing your investment’s return.

If you know someone interested in our services, simply provide their name, email, and phone number and we will handle the rest. As soon as we provide either tenant placement service or ongoing property management, you will receive $250. The person you referred will receive a $100 credit as well. There is no limit on the amount of referrals. Referral is determined on each new owner, not individual properties.
